Movies are in the FLASH, and Quicktime file formats - and do need a plug-in to be able to view in your browser.

Plug-ins are free, and are compatible for both Windows and macintosh computers.

Zip files are provided as 640 X 480 size playback movies - that download and self extract as Quicktime movies, and can be watched later off-line on your computer - using the Quicktime player.
